  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Artificial Plants (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (due to perishable nature)
  • Fertiliser (due to chemical composition)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will appear on your statement within the billing cycle.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
