• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

Non-returnable items include:

• Artificial Plants (due to hygiene reasons)
• Compost, Soil & Bark Chippings (due to perishable nature)
• Fertiliser (due to chemical composition)
